摘要

以开发日光激发的蓝色长余辉材料为研究目标,采用高温固相反应法成功制备了系列蓝色长余辉发光材料Ca12Al14O33∶Eu2+,Nd3+.材料的发射峰位于446 nm处.在室外太阳光的辐照条件下,在Eu2+掺杂的基础上,通过共掺Nd3+,成功地将余辉时间由Ca12Al14O33:Eu2+的400 s提升至约6000 s,余辉初始亮度可超500 mcd·m-2.借助热释光曲线分析可知,共掺Nd3+可以使适合余辉产生的浅陷阱的浓度大幅提高,陷阱深度大约0.7 eV,更有利于余辉的产生.最后,探讨了长余辉机制.

Abstract

In this thesis,aiming at developing blue persistent luminescence(Pers L)materials that can be ex-cited by sunlight,a series of blue PersL phosphors Ca12Al14O33∶Eu2+,Nd3+was successfully synthesized through high-temperature solid-state reaction method.The emission peak of this material is located at 446 nm.Under the condition of simulated solar radiation,the duration time is increased from 400 to about 6000 s while the initial brightness of material can exceed 500 mcd·m-2 by co-doping Nd3+.By means of the analysis of thermolumines-cence curves,it indicates that co-doping of Nd3+can greatly increase the concentration of shallow traps suitable for Pers L.The trap depth is about 0.7 eV,which is more conducive to the generation of Pers L.F inally,a fea-sible Pers L mechanism was discussed.
