摘要

左心耳血栓形成是非瓣膜性心房颤动(NVAF)患者发生缺血性卒中事件的重要原因.即使口服抗凝药物治疗,心房颤动患者的剩余心血管风险仍高.因此,针对左心耳的干预成为NVAF患者卒中预防的关注热点.本文将对左心耳结构特点、左心耳功能、NVAF患者卒中预防相关的左心耳的靶向干预措施进行综述.

Abstract

Left atrial aural thrombosis is an important cause of ischemic stroke in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation(NVAF).Even with oral anticoagulant therapy,residual cardiovascular risk is high in patients with the atrial fibrillation.Therefore,the intervention of left atrial appendage has become the focus of attention for stroke prevention in patients with NVAF.This articlel reviews the structural characteristics and the function of the left atrial appendage and the relevant targeted interventions for stroke prevention in patients with NVAF.
