摘要
经过半个多世纪的不懈努力,我国已经实现了各类常见主动脉疾病的救治,建立了切实有效的围术期综合管理策略,极大提升患者短长期预后.在"以人民健康为中心"的新要求下,如何攻克各类复杂主动脉疾病,提供全方位、高质量、精准化的医疗健康服务,已经成为我国广大医疗工作者的时代使命.随着基础医学、信息工程、人工智能等理论和技术的快速发展,以科技创新为主要驱动力的新发展模式将把主动脉外科带往全新的高度,达到服务人民群众"全生命周期"的最终目标.
Abstract
After over half a century of unremitting struggle,China has realized the life-saving treatment of all common aortic diseases and established effective perioperative comprehensive management strategies,which have greatly improved patients'short-and long-term prognosis.Under the new requirement of"focusing on people's health",how to overcome complicated aortic diseases and provide all-around,high-quality,and precise medical and healthcare services has become the modern mission for our medical practitioners.With the rapid development of basic medicine,information engineering,artificial intelligence,and other theories and technologies,the new development model driven by scientific and technological innovation will bring aortic surgery to a completely new level,and achieve the ultimate goal of"whole life span"for the people.
