摘要

胰高血糖素样肽-1(glucagon-like peptide-1,GLP-1)是一种内源性肽类激素,其主要通过激活胰岛素分泌和抑制胰高血糖素的释放来调节血糖水平.GLP-1受体激动剂(glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonists,GLP-1RAs)作为一类创新的合成降糖药物,它可以起到和GLP-1相同的作用,同时具有更强的抗分解特性.现有研究指出,GLP-1RAs能够显著减少2型糖尿病患者心血管事件的发生率,并改善心血管疾病的预后,尽管其确切作用机制仍待进一步明确.本文综述了GLP-1RAs对心肌细胞的抗凋亡作用及其潜在机制,旨在深化对GLP-1RAs在心血管保护方面作用的理解,这对于优化糖尿病患者的治疗策略具有重大意义.

Abstract

Glucagon-like peptide-1(GLP-1)is an endogenous peptide hormone that primarily regulates blood sugar levels by stimulating insulin secretion and inhibiting the release of glucagon.GLP-1 receptor agonists,as a class of innovative synthetic hypoglycemic drugs,can have the same effect as GLP-1,while possessing stronger anti-degradation properties.Current research indicates that GLP-1 receptor agonists can significantly reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events in patients with type 2 diabetes and improve the prognosis of cardiovascular diseases,although their exact mechanisms of action remain to be further clarified.This article reviews the anti-apoptotic effects of GLP-1 receptor agonists on cardiac myocytes and their potential mechanisms,aiming to deepen the understanding of the role of GLP-1 receptor agonists in cardiovascular protection,which is of great significance for optimizing treatment strategies for diabetic patients.
