摘要

Wnt通路是一条在生物体内发挥关键作用的信号传导途径,调节细胞增殖、发育、分化、再生和胚胎发育,对维持组织正常功能至关重要,也是疾病发展中起关键作用的信号传导通路.过去几十年来,通过对Wnt通路的深入研究,对其机制有更多的了解,在诸多领域中显示出重要的影响力.心肌纤维化是由心肌缺血缺氧导致的一种缺血性心肌病,是各种心脏疾病所表现出的共同病理特征.随着对心肌纤维化的机制的深入研究,已发现Wnt通路在心肌纤维化中起重要作用.近年来大量实验也证实许多临床药物通过Wnt通路可以改善心肌纤维化.了解Wnt通路的基本原理、调控机制以及中药、西药通过Wnt通路对心肌纤维化作用的总结,有助于对许多重要问题的进一步认识,为疾病的治疗与预防提供新的线索.

Abstract

The Wnt pathway is a signaling pathway that plays a key role in the body.It regulates cell proliferation,development,differentiation,regeneration and embryonic development.It is essential for maintaining normal tissue function.It is also a signaling pathway that plays a key role in the development of diseases.In the past few decades,in-depth research on the Wnt pathway has enabled us to better understand its mechanism and has shown important influence in many fields.Myocardial fibrosis is an ischemic cardiomyopathy caused by myocardial ischemia and hypoxia which is a common pathological feature of various heart diseases.With in-depth research on the mechanism of myocardial fibrosis,it has been found that the Wnt pathway plays an important role in myocardial fibrosis.In recent years,a large number of experiments have also confirmed that many clinical drugs improvemyocardial fibrosis through the Wnt pathway.By summarizing the basic principles and regulatory mechanisms of the Wnt pathway and the effects of traditional Chinese and Western medicine on myocardial fibrosis through the Wnt pathway,an in-depth understanding of the Wnt pathway will help further understand many important issues and provide new insights into the treatment and prevention of diseases.
