摘要
研究表明,新型冠状病毒肺炎会导致心房颤动的发生率增加,并且心房颤动同时也是新型冠状病毒肺炎患者病死率增加的主要心血管危险因素.目前,针对新型冠状病毒合并心房颤动患者并未有适当的综合管理策略,鉴于此,在结合国内外的研究成果并参考国内外相关的指南的基础上,本文撰写了关于新型冠状病毒合并心房颤动患者的综合管理的认识和建议,以便进一步规范相关患者的临床管理.
Abstract
Studies have shown that,the corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)will lead to an increase in the incidence of atrial fibrillation,and atrial fibrillation is also responsible for the mortality rate of patients with COVID-19.Increased major cardiovascular risk factors.Finally,recent studies have found that some adenoviral vector vaccines may cause complications such as venous thrombosis.In view of this,on the basis of combining domestic and foreign research results and referring to relevant domestic and foreign guidelines,this understanding and recommendations are written to further standardize the clinical management of relevant patients.
