摘要
三尖瓣下移畸形又称Ebstein畸形(EA),是一种罕见先天性心脏病,由右心室心肌病和三尖瓣病变组成,常导致患者出现右心室功能障碍和心律失常.目前对EA的理解和认知有所提高.但疾病的异质性和治疗方案仍然是一个挑战.本文参阅了近年来国内外发表的对EA的认识与治疗进展的最新文献,在诊疗新进展等方面进行综述.
Abstract
Ebstein's malformation is a rare congenital heart disease characterized by right ventricular cardiomyopathy and tricuspid valve disease,it often leads to right ventricular dysfunction and arrhythmia.In recent years,there has been some improvement in the understanding of Ebstein's malformation.However,the disease still presents challenges due to its heterogeneity and limited treatment options.This article aims to review the latest literature on the understanding and treatment of Ebstein's malformation published both domestically and internationally.
