摘要
心房颤动合并脑卒中患者是再发脑卒中和出血的高危人群,其抗凝方案的制定是临床诊疗中的难点.本文根据国内外最新临床研究,参考相关指南,结合我国国情及临床实践,对抗凝适应证及方案进行了系统阐述,并根据现有证据做出推荐,以期促进和规范心房颤动合并脑卒中患者的抗凝策略和综合管理,指导临床应用.
Abstract
Patients with atrial fibrillation and stroke are at an increased risk of recurrent stroke and bleeding events.It is very challenging to make an anticoagulation strategy of this patients in clinical.Based on the latest trials and guidelines,and in the Chinese context and clinical practice,the present consensus comprehensively elaborates the anticoagulant strategy and makes recommendations based on the available evidence aiming to standardize and improve the anticoagulation treatment and comprehensive management of patients with atrial fibrillation and stroke.
