摘要
肾素-血管紧张素系统(RAS)是人体重要的体液调节系统之一,在维持机体血压稳定和水电解质平衡中发挥了重要作用.近年来,发现了 RAS系统的新支路,ACE2和Ang(1-7)等是心血管系统的关键保护因子,ACE2-Ang(1-7)-MasR轴成为了心血管疾病领域的研究热点.非经典的RAS系统ACE2-Ang(1-7)-MasR轴能够拮抗经典的ACE-AngⅡ-AT1R轴,二者共同维系机体的平衡,该轴在高血压、冠心病、心律失常和心力衰竭等心血管疾病治疗中可能成为新的治疗靶点.
Abstract
Renin-angiotensin system(RAS)is one of the important humoral regulatory systems of human body,which plays an important role in maintaining the stability of blood pressure and water and electrolyte balance.In recent years,the new branches of the RAS system have been discovered.Angiotensin-converting enzyme 2(ACE2)and angio-tensin(1-7)[Ang(l-7)]are the key protective factors of the cardiovascular system,then the ACE2-Ang(1-7)-MasR axis has become a research hotspot in the field of cardio-vascular diseases.The non-classical RAS system ACE2-Ang(1-7)-MasR axis can antagonize the physiological effects of the classical ACE-Ang Ⅱ-AT1R axis,which to-gether maintain the balance of the body.This axis may become a new therapeutic target in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension,coronary heart disease,arrhythmia and heart failure.
