The levels of miR-126 and P-selectin and E-selectin in peripheral blood endothelial microparticles of acute myocardial infarction patients and their clinical significance
Objective To explore the expression levels of miR-126,P-selectin and E-selectin in endothelial microparticles(EMPs)from the peripheral blood of patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)and their relationship with AMI and their clinical significance. Methods Forty-five AMI patients admitted to the People's Hospital of Xinjiang Autonomous Region from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the research group, and 45 patients with healthy physical examination in the same period were selected as the control group. The assessment of coronary artery stenosis was based on the number of coronary lesions and the Genisi score. The EMPs in peripheral blood were detected using flow cytometry;the expression level of miR-126 in EMPs was detected by PCR;and the expressions of P-selectin and E-selectin in EMPs were measured by ELISA.Results The levels of miR-126 in the EMPs of the peripheral blood of the AMI group were lower than those in the healthy group, while the levels of P-selectin and E-selectin were significantly higher than those in the healthy group. The expression levels of miR-126 in EMPs of the peripheral blood in the three-vessel disease group were significantly lower than those in the two-vessel and single-vessel disease groups, and the level of miR-126 in EMPs of the peripheral blood was negatively correlated with the Genisi score. The levels of P-selectin in EMPs of the peripheral blood in the three-vessel disease group were significantly higher than those in the two-vessel and single-vessel disease groups, and P-selectin was positively correlated with the Genisi score.Multivariate logistic regression showed that the levels of P-selectin and E-selectin in peripheral blood EMPs were the risk factors for AMI.Receiver Operating Characteristic(ROC)analysis indicated that the diagnostic efficacy of miR-126,P-selectin and E-selectin in EMPs of peripheral blood for AMI was low when used individually but showed good diagnostic performance when used in combination. Conclusion P-selectin and E-selectin in peripheral blood endothelial microparticles(EMPs)are the risk factors for acute myocardial infarction(AMI).The combined detection of miR-126,P-selectin and E-selectin in peripheral blood EMPs has diagnostic value for AMI and can serve as biological markers for AMI diagnosis.
