The diagnosis of vasovagal syncope mainly depends on the typically clinical symptoms now.The tilt table test is the key diagnostic tool for vasovagal syncope,but its sensitivity and specificity is limited.Deceleration capacity has been demonstrated useful in the diagnosis of vasovagal syncope yet large scale and multicenter studies are required to confirm the value of deceleration capacity.
