摘要
心血管疾病是全世界人口死亡的主要原因.过度的氧化应激和炎症在心血管疾病的发生发展中起着重要作用.研究表明,氢分子具有抗氧化、抗炎和抗细胞死亡等多种生物学效应,具有保护心脏的作用.同时氢分子具有穿透力强、作用特异性高且温和高效并且安全性高的特性,因此成为新的研究热点.然而,其作用的确切细胞内机制尚不清楚,仍有待科研人员进一步探索.氢气存在低溶解度、靶向性不强、生物半衰期短等问题,现有的给药方法无法很好地解决,未来是否存在创新技术来减轻这些挑战,本文进行了评述.
Abstract
Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death in the world's population.Excessive oxidative stress and inflammation play an important role in the development of cardiovascular diseases.Studies have shown that,hydrogen molecules have various biological effects such as anti-oxidation,anti-inflammation and anti-cell death,and therefore have cardioprotective effects.At the same time,hydrogen molecules have the characteristics of strong penetration,high specificity,mild and high efficiency and high safety,so they have become a new research hotspot.However,the exact intracellular mechanism of its action is unknown and remains to be further explored by researchers.Hydrogen still has low solubility,low targeting,short biological half-life and other problems,existing administration methods can not be well solved,whether there are innovative technologies to reduce these challenges in the future,this paper reviews.
