摘要
冠心病合并糖尿病患者是一个不断增长的人群.糖尿病患者的冠状动脉病变复杂并且行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的预后较差.因此,介入器械的改进和抉择对糖尿病患者来说尤为重要.随着介入治疗的发展和相关研究开展,新一代的药物洗脱支架、生物可吸收支架和药物涂层球囊的应用可能会为接受经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的糖尿病患者提供潜在优势.现对近期冠心病合并糖尿病患者介入治疗的研究进行总结,以期对临床实践提供借鉴.
Abstract
The patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus are a growing population.The patients often have complex coronary artery disease and poor prognosis of percutaneous coronary intervention.Therefore,the improvement and selection of interventional devices are particularly important for th patients.With the development of interventional therapy and the implementation of the related research,the clinical application of a new generation of drug-eluting stents,bioabsorbable scaffold,and drug coated balloons may provide more benefits for the patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention.This paper summarizes the recent researchs on interventional treatment of the patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus in order to provide reference for clinical practice.
