摘要
卵圆孔未闭(patent foramen ovale,PFO)是临床常见的心脏结构异常.晕厥是其常见的的临床症状之一.但PFO合并晕厥的病因机制尚不明确,本文探讨PFO合并晕厥病因和可能的发病机制,为临床上PFO合并晕厥患者的诊断与治疗提供参考依据.
Abstract
Patent foramen ovale(PFO)is a common cardiac structural abnormality in clinical practice.The occurrence of syncope is one of its main clinical symptoms.At present,the etiology and mechanism of PFO combined with syncope are not clear.This article reviews the literatures about the etiology and possible pathogenesis of PFO combined with syncope to provide reference and basis for the diagnosis and treatment strategies of PFO combined with syncope in clinical practice.
