摘要

心房颤动是世界范围内一种常见的心律失常,发病率和病死率均处于较高水平.而线粒体能量代谢在心肌细胞功能中发挥着核心作用,线粒体产生能量以支持心脏的机械和电传导功能.当心肌细胞线粒体能量代谢紊乱时,会导致三磷酸腺苷(ATP)产生不足和过量的活性氧(ROS),破坏心肌细胞中的Ca2+稳态和膜兴奋性,最终导致心房颤动.随着对线粒体能量代谢障碍分子机制的深入研究,越来越多的证据表明其在心房颤动发生中起重要作用.由于心房颤动的高发病率,研究线粒体能量代谢在心房颤动中的作用可为新的诊疗提供指导.本文综述了线粒体能量代谢障碍在心房颤动中作用的最新证据.

Abstract

Atrial fibrillation is one of the common cardiac arrhythmia in the world,which has a high level of mortality and morbidity.It is well known that mitochondria play a central role in cardiomyocyte as they produce energy to support the mechanical and electrical function of the heart.When myocardial mitochondrial metabolism is disrupted,resulting in insufficient ATP production and excessive reactive oxygen(ROS),thereby disrupting Ca2+homeostasis and membrane excitability then,and leading to atrial fibrillation finally.Details on the molecular mechanisms underlying mitochondrial energy metabolism disorder are increasingly being uncovered have shown that mitochondrial energy metabolism disorder is a contributing factor in AF.Considering the high prevalence of AF,investigating the role of mitochondrial impairment in AF may guide the path towards the new therapeutic and diagnostic targets.In this review,the latest evidence on the role of mitochondrial energy metabolism disorder in AF is presented.
