Non-A non-B aortic dissection refers to an aortic dissection that involves only the aortic arch or both the aortic arch and the descending aorta.Compared to the typical type A or type B aortic dissections,its clinical progression is different and its overall incidence is relatively low,accounting for only a small portion of all aortic dissections.Due to its rarity,there is no consensus on the treatment approach for non-A non-B aortic dissection.This review aims to introduce the definition and treatment options for non-A non-B aortic dissection.
