Pulse ablation(PFA)is a new treatment for atrial fibrillation(AF).Its effectiveness has been confirmed in clinical work,but there are complications unique to PFA,and there is no systematic summary of the safety and tissue adhesion of PFA.This paper aims to review the influencing factors,monitoring and treatment of various complications after PFA,and further explore the problems related to catheter electrode and tissue contact during PFA.
