Atherogenic index of plasma is a new comprehensive lipid index.As a replacement for small,dense low density lipoprotein cholestero,it is easy to obtain and simple to calculate.It can fully reflect the balance between atherogenic and anti-atherogenic lipoprotein,and has important clinical significance for the occurrence,development and prognosis of coronary heart disease.This paper summarizes the clinical application value of plasma arteriosclerosis index in the early diagnosis,risk assessment and interventional treatment of patients with coronary heart disease,and provides thinking and theoretical basis for the subsequent prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease.
