体育活动对藏族大学生主观幸福感获得水平的影响

摘要
目的 了解体育教学活动对藏族大学生主观幸福感获得水平的影响,为教师合理组织藏族大学生体育活动提供参考.方法 采用教学实验的方法,在甘肃民族师范学院文理共3个专业的大一、大二年级选取体育成绩大体相当的240名藏族大学生作为测试对象,进行为期12周的体育干预,用"国际大学生量表"进行干预前后测试,对测试结果进行统计学分析.结果 经过体育活动干预后,实验组被试在总体主观幸福感(t=7.73,P<0.01)、生活满意度(t=18.28,P<0.01)、积极情感(t=9.77,P<0.01)、消极情感(t=13.39,P<0.01)和总分(t=18.26,P<0.01)上显著高于对照组.性别是藏族大学生在体育活动中主观幸福感获得水平的重要影响因素.藏族大学生比较熟悉的体育活动动作内容并且难度达到中等时,能最大程度促进其主观幸福感的获得.结论 体育干预训练对于藏族大学生主观幸福感的变化是有积极影响的.
Abstract
Objective To study the impact of physical education activities on the Tibetan college students'subjective well-being level, and to provide reference for rationally organizing sports activities for Tibetan college students. Methods With experiment teaching methods, 240 Tibetan students(freshmen or sophomores)were recruited to participate a 12-week-sports-intervention. International University Survey Checklist was used pretest and post-test and the results were analyzed. Results Through physical activity intervention, the Tibetan college students' subjective well-being was significantly improved. Gender difference was an important factor to Tibetan college students in sports at different levels of subjective well-being.The familiar and mid-difficulty activities can mostly promote the Tibetan college students' well-being. Conclusion Physical intervention training has a positive impact on Tibetan college students' subjective well-being changes.
