大学毕业生心理弹性自我分化和就业焦虑的关系
Relation among university graduates' resilience self differentiation and occupational anxiety

摘要
目的 分析大学毕业生心理弹性、自我分化与就业焦虑间的关系,为缓解大学生就业焦虑提供建议.方法 采用自我分化问卷、大学生就业焦虑问卷及成人心理弹性问卷,对河南省8所高校的460名毕业生开展调查研究.结果 相关分析显示,大学生心理弹性与自我分化呈显著正相关(r=0.490,P<0.01).心理弹性、自我分化与就业焦虑呈显著负相关(r值分别为-0.160,-0.190,P值均<0.01).自我分化在心理弹性与就业焦虑之间的中介效应分析表明中介效应显著,中介效应占总效应的比例为45.02%,说明大学生的心理弹性在很大程度上通过自我分化间接作用于就业焦虑.结论 心理弹性通过自我分化对就业焦虑起显著影响作用,要缓解大学生就业焦虑需要不断提升大学生心理弹性和自我分化水平.
Abstract
Objective To research the characteristics and relationships between the resilience self differentiation and occupational anxieties among college graduates. Methods By using Occupational Anxiety Questionnaire, Differentiation of Self Inventory ( DSI) and Resilience Scale for Adults (RSA) , 460 college graduates who come from eight colleges were investigated. Results The college graduates' resilience and self differentiation were negatively correlated with occupational anxieties)r = -0. 160, -0. 190, P<0. 01) ; college graduates' resilience was positively correlated with self differentiation(r = 0. 490, P<0.01). College graduates' self differentiation had mediating effect between the attachment to resilience and occupational anxieties, and the efficacy contributed 45. 02% of the total. Conclusion The resilience influences occupational anxieties through self differentiation. The undergraduates' occupational anxiety can be alleviated through promoting their resilience and self differentiation levels.
