职业成熟度量表在少数民族大学生中应用分析

摘要
目的 探讨大学生职业成熟度量表在少数民族大学生群体中的信、效度,为少数民族大学生的心理健康评定提供有益参考.方法 随机抽取云南省4所高校1 602名少数民族大学生,运用大学生职业成熟度量表(CSCMI)、大学生生涯自我效能感量表和大学生职业价值观问卷进行调查.结果 CSCMI总量表及分量表的内部一致性系数在0.763~0.813之间,分半信度在0.725~0.825之间,重测信度在0.794~0.836之间.探索性因素分析表明,CSCMI由6个因素构成;结构模型分析显示,因素模型拟合指标RMSEA=0.038,RMR=0.065,NFI=0.898,CFI=0.896,GFI=0.916,AGFI=0.901.CSCMI总分与职业价值观的自我发展因素和生涯自我效能感得分呈正相关(r值分别为0.254,0.420,P值均<0.01).结论 CSCMI在少数民族大学生群体中具有良好的信度、效度.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of Chinese Student Career Maturity Inventory ( CSCMI) a-mong ethnic minority college students. Methods A total of 1 602 ethnic minority college students in Yunnan completed CSCMI, College Students' Career Self-efficacy Scale and Vocational Value Questionnaire for College Students. Results CSCMI had a good Internal reliability ( Cronbach' s a coefficients were 0. 763-0. 813), a good split-half reliability (the Split-half coefficients were 0.725-0. 825) , and a good test-retest reliability (r = 0.794-0.836). Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the fit indexes for RMSEA, RMR, NFI, CFl, GFI, AGFI were 0.038, 0.065, 0.898, 0.896, 0.916, 0.901, respectively. Significant correlations were found between CSCMI and development factor, career self-efficacy(r=0. 254,0.420,P<0.01). Female college students scores in CSCMI were higher than that of male students. College majors and grade had no effects on career maturity. Conclusion CSCMI has good reliability and validity in ethnic minority college students.
