大学生生涯自我效能感心理韧性与职业成熟度择业焦虑相关性分析
College students' career maturity and vocational selection anxiety: Mediating role of career self-efficacy and resilience

摘要
目的 考察大学生职业成熟度、生涯自我效能感、心理韧性对择业焦虑的作用机制,为职业发展教育和就业指导提供理论参考.方法 采用大学生职业成熟度量表、大学生生涯自我效能感量表、青少年心理韧性量表及高校毕业生择业焦虑问卷,对随机选取的云南省4所高校4 310名大学生进行调查.结果 大学生职业成熟度与生涯自我效能感、心理韧性之间具有显著正相关(r值分别为0.428～0.468,P值均＜0.01),职业成熟度、生涯自我效能感、心理韧性与大学生的择业焦虑具有显著负相关(r值分别为-0.407 ～-0.236,P值均＜0.01).职业成熟度通过生涯自我效能感、心理韧性的部分中介对大学生择业焦虑产生影响,生涯自我效能感通过心理韧性的完全中介对大学生择业焦虑产生影响.结论 生涯自我效能感、心理韧性在大学生职业成熟度与择业焦虑之间起部分中介作用,心理韧性在生涯自我效能感与择业焦虑之间起完全中介作用.高校进行就业指导时,应注重提升大学生生涯自我效能感和心理韧性水平.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the relationships between college students' career maturity,career self-efficacy,resilience and vocational selection anxiety.Methods Chinese Student Career Maturity Inventory,College Students' Career Self-efficacy Scale,Healthy Kids Resilience Assessment and Vocational Selection Anxiety Questionnaire for University Graduate were used among 4 310 college students.Results College students' career maturity and career self-efficacy were positively correlated with their resilience(r=0.428-0.468,P＜0.01),career maturity,career self-efficacy and resilience were negatively correlated with their vocational selection anxiety(r=-0.407--0.236,P＜0.01).College students' career maturity influenced their vocational selection anxiety directly.College students' vocational selection anxiety might be influenced by the family function through the media of career self-efficacy and resilience,and might be influenced by career self-efficacy through fully mediate of resilience.Conclusion College students' career self-efficacy and resilience play a partial mediating role in the relation between career maturity and vocational selection anxiety,and resilience play a completely mediating role in the relation between college students' career selfefficacy and vocational selection anxiety.
