父母养育方式与阅读障碍儿童情绪行为问题的关联

目的 探讨父母养育方式与阅读障碍(DD)儿童情绪行为问题的关联,为开展相应的家庭支持和干预提供参考。方法 2023年6-9月,采用随机整群抽样法从新疆某地区4所小学的三~六年级学生中筛选出符合条件的DD组儿童和年龄、性别匹配的正常对照组儿童各201名,进行父母养育方式量表儿童版和长处与困难量表调查。采用x2检验和Wic-oxon秩和检验比较两组儿童父母养育方式和儿童情绪行为问题发生情况,采用广义线性回归分析父母养育方式与儿童情绪行为问题的关联性。结果 DD组儿童情绪行为问题的检出率为45。77%,正常对照组儿童为15。42%。DD组和正常对照组儿童父/母在情感温暖、抚养焦虑和过度保护方面的养育方式差异均有统计学意义(Z值分别为4。02,29。03;4。94,26。32;23。47,5。30,P值均<0。05)。广义线性回归分析显示,DD组儿童父亲情感温暖与情绪症状、多动、同伴交往问题和亲社会行为均呈正相关(β值分别为0。08,0。05,0。05,0。09),DD组儿童母亲情感温暖与情绪症状、品行问题、多动和同伴交往问题均呈负相关(β值分别为-0。18,-0。08,-0。07,-0。08)(P值均<0。05)。结论 父母养育方式是DD儿童情绪行为问题的重要相关因素,改善父母的养育方式可减少DD儿童情绪行为问题的发生。
Relationship between parenting style and emotional behavior problems in children with development dyslexia
Objective To explore the relationship between parenting style and emotional behavior problems in children with de-velopment dyslexia(DD),so as to provide reference for family support and intervention measures.Methods From June to Septem-ber 2023,201 children in DD group and typically developing matched by age and sex were selected from the students in grades 3-6 of 4 primary schools in a district of Xinjiang by random cluster sampling method.The Children's Version of the Parenting Style Scale and the Strength and Difficulty Scale were administered,and the occurrence of children's emotional behavior problems and pa-rentingstyles in the two groups were compared by Chi-square test and Wicoxon rank sum test.The correlation between parents'par-enting styles and children's emotional behavior problems was analyzed by generalized linear regression.Results The detection rates of emotional behavior problems were 45.77%in DD group and 15.42%in normal control children group.The differences in paren-ting styles between fathers and mothers of the DD group and the normal control group were statistically significant in terms of emo-tional warmth,parenting anxiety,and overprotection(Z=4.02,29.03;4.94,26.32;23.47,5.30,P<0.05).Generalized linear regression analysis showed that father affective warmth was positively correlated with emotional symptoms,hyperactivity,peer inter-action problems and prosocial behaviors(β=0.08,0.05,0.05,0.09,P<0.05).The emotional warmth of mothers in DD group was negatively correlated with emotional symptoms,conduct problems,hyperactivity and peer interaction problems(β=-0.18,-0.08,-0.07,-0.08,P<0.05).Conclusions Parenting style is an important factor affecting the emotional behavior problems of DD chil-dren.Improving parenting style can reduce the occurrence of emotional behavior problems of DD children.
