摘要
《全面性教育技术指南——国际标准在中国的潜在本土化应用(第一版)》(以下简称《技术指南》)是在满足中国家庭、学校和社会对全面性教育迫切需求的背景下,为落实《中华人民共和国未成年人保护法》提出幼儿园和学校要开展适合未成年人年龄的性教育要求而开展的一项重要工作.文章全面介绍《技术指南》的基本特点,深入分析《技术指南》的本土特征,详细描绘《技术指南》的应用前景,有助于在更大范围内利用《技术指南》加强全面性教育,提升儿童青少年的性健康水平.
Abstract
The development of the Comprehensive Sexuality Education Technical Guideline:Adaptation of Global Standards for Potential Use in China(First Edition)(hereinafter referred to as the Technical Guidelines)is an important work in meeting the ur-gent needs of Chinese families,schools,and society for comprehensive sexuality education,in order to implement the requirements of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Minors which requires kindergartens and schools to provide sexual-ity education appropriate to the age of minors.A comprehensive introduction to the basic features of the Technical Guideline,an in-depth analysis of its local characteristics and a detailed description of its application propects can help to expand its adoption,en-hance comprehensive sexuality education,and improve the sexual health of children and adolescents.
