Objective To investigate the levels of measles,mumps,and rubella antibodies in healthy populations in Biyang County,Zhumadian City,Henan Province in 2022.Methods A total of 630 healthy people in Biyang County,Zhu-madian City were selected by cross-sectional survey method,and the serum levels of measles IgG,rubella IgG,and mumps IgG were measured and analyzed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results The positive rates of measles,rubella,and mumps antibodies in healthy people were 90.48％,83.97％,and 67.62％,respectively.The positive rates of IgG antibodies to measles,mumps,and rubella were the lowest in the age group of＞5-7 years old,which were 62.00％,48.00％,and 60.00％,respectively.There were statistically significant differences in antibody positivity rates among different inocula-tion doses(x2measles=29.094,x2rubella=13.419,X2mumps=26.317,all P≤0.001),and the positive rates of people with a history of im-munization were higher than those of people without vaccination history,and the antigen positivity rates of ≥2 doses of immu-nization were the highest,reaching 87.96％for measles,81.37％for rubella,and 79.49％for mumps(all P＜0.001).Conclu-sion The levels of IgG antibodies to measles,mumps,and rubella in healthy people aged 1-79 years in Biyang County,Zhu-madian City are generally low,and the＞5-7 years old group is the weakest immune group.
