目的 分析近十年青少年身心健康领域的研究热点和变化趋势,以期为改善青少年的身心健康研究提供一定的借鉴.方法 筛选Web of Science核心合集中近十年的青少年身心健康研究文献的相关信息,通过CiteSpace 6.2.R2软件对纳入研究的作者、国家、机构和关键词进行提取和可视化分析.结果 共纳入3 416篇符合要求的文献,总年度发文量呈上升趋势.中国在总发文量国家排名中居第5位,其中心性为0.06.关键词聚类分析显示,包括儿童虐待等在内的11种聚类,同时,现阶段关键词突现分析显示,公共卫生、性暴力、社区儿童健康、支持和孤独等为突现关键词.结论 近年来国际学者对青少年身心健康的研究热度持续上升,涉及内容也不断丰富,尤其在青少年的生活经历、孤独的健康风险以及建立社会支持体系等重点关注的领域.
Visual analysis of current state of research on adolescent physical and mental health
Objective To analyze the research hotspots and trends in the field of adolescent physical and mental health in the past decade,aiming to provide some reference for improving the research on adolescent physical and mental health.Methods The relevant information from the research literature on adolescent physical and mental health in the Web of Science core collection during the past ten years was screened,and the authors,countries,institutions,and keywords of the included studies were extracted and visually analyzed by using CiteSpace 6.2.R2 software.Results A total of 3 416 eligible articles were included,and the total annual number of papers published showed an upward trend.China ranks 5th in the ranking of countries with a centrality of 0.06.Keyword cluster analysis showed that there were 11 clusters.At the same time,the analysis of keyword emergence at this stage showed that public health,sexual violence,community children's health,support,and loneliness were the emergent keywords.Conclusion In recent years,international scholars have been increas-ingly interested in the research on adolescent physical and mental health,especially in the areas of adolescent life experi-ence,health risks of loneliness,and the establishment of social support systems.
