Influence of network continuous rehabilitation nursing on hope level and compliance behavior of patients with cervical cancer undergoing chemo-therapy
Objective To explore the application value of networked continuous rehabilitation nursing in patients undergoing chemotherapy for cervical cancer. Methods A total of 126 patients with cervical cancer treated in the hospital from September 2020 to September 2022 were enrolled and divided into two groups with 63 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with networked continuous rehabilitation nursing, and both groups were nursed for 3 months. The hope level, medical compliance behavior,self-management ability, negative emo-tion,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After nursing, the average score of positive attitude towards the present and the future was(10.01±0.79),the average score of the positive action taken was(10.46±0.65),the average score of maintaining intimate relationships with others was(10.34±0.71),and the average total HHI score was(30.81±5.02)in the observation group, compared with those in the control group:(8.96±0.81)(9.15±0.54),(9.02±0.69),and(27.13±4.46),the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.001).The average score of self-care skills of the Self-care Ability Assessment Scale(ESCA)in the observation group was(35.46±6.01),health cognition score was(53.97±6.74),self-concept score was(22.63±4.10),self-responsibility score was(18.03±3.46),and the total ESCA score was(130.09±9.84),compared with those in the control group:(30.07±5.59)(45.83±6.02)(18.50±4.37)(15.94±3.15)and(110.34±9.02),the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.001).The average anxiety score and depression score in the observation group were(43.20±4.76)and(44.59±5.06),which were significantly different from those in the control group:(46.92±4.19)and(48.02±3.61)(t=4.656,4.380,both P<0.001).The total compliance rate and nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group were 96.83%and 95.24%respectively,compared with those in the control group(85.71%and 84.13%),the differences were statistically significant(x2=4.881,4.203,both P<0.05).Conclusion Networked continuous rehabilitation nursing can alleviate negative emotions, increase the level of hope, improve medical compliance behavior, enhance self-management ability in patients with cervical cancer chemotherapy, and achieve high nursing satisfac-tion.
