Impact of nursing grading management combined with nursing optimiza-tion process on quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients with ure-mic blood purification
Objective To explore the impact of nursing grading management combined with nursing optimization process on the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients with uremia blood purification.Methods A total of 312 patients with uremic blood purification admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 156 cases in each group.The control group was given a nursing optimization process,and the study group was given a nursing grading management combined with a nursing optimization process.The compliance rate,quality of life[Quality of Life Measurement Scale(QLQ-30)]score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the compliance rate of the study group was 96.15%,which was higher than that of the control group(85.90%),and the difference was statistically significant(x2=10.044,P=0.002).After nursing,the QLQ-30 score in the study group was(85.25±7.05),which was higher than that in the control group(72.67±5.96),and the dif-ference was statistically significant(t=17.020,P<0.001).The nursing satisfaction rate in the study group was 95.51%,which was higher than that in the control group(85.90%),and the difference was statistically significant(x2=8.554,P=0.003).Con-clusion The application of nursing grading management combined with nursing optimization process in the nursing process of uremia blood purification patients is helpful to improve the compliance rate,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction of patients,which is worthy of popularization and application.
