北京市某高校公费医疗报销状况研究
Research on reimbursement status of publicly-funded medical care in a university in Beijing

摘要
公费医疗作为社会保障制度之一,许多高校仍然沿用此保障制度.公费医疗报销实际情况如何,应当如何改进报销服务工作值得研究和关注.本文立足实际,以北京市某高校师生作为研究主体,通过问卷调查形式收集公费医疗报销情况数据,从师生报销行为、对报销政策了解情况以及对公费医疗报销的意见和建议等方面切入,对公费医疗报销情况进行了调研.通过对调研结果分析并结合实际情况,提出公费医疗报销服务的改进建议.
Abstract
As one of the social security systems,publicly-funded medical care is still used by many universities.The actual situation of reimbursement for publicly-funded medical care and how to improve the reimbursement service are worth studying and paying attention to.Based on the actual situation,this paper takes teachers and students of a university in Beijing as the main body of research,collects data on publicly-funded medical care reimbursement through a questionnaire survey,and investigates the reimbursement situation of publicly-funded medical care from the aspects of teachers'and stu-dents'reimbursement behavior,understanding of reimbursement policies,and opinions and suggestions on publicly-funded medical care reimbursement.Through the analysis of the survey results and the actual situation,suggestions for improving the publicly-funded medical care reimbursement service are put forward.
