人工智能助力高校学生肺结核筛查

摘要
高校学生肺结核筛查是国家及各省市教育部门关注的重点,影像学检查是肺结核确诊的重要依据,但肺结核影像图像的鉴别诊断一直是研究的重点与难点.目前人工智能(AI)辅助诊断技术在辅助影像诊断方面取得较大的进展,通过使用AI辅助影像诊断技术能够明显提高诊断效率.笔者就目前高校肺结核筛查相关政策及现状、AI辅助诊断技术及其在肺结核筛查中的应用、不足与展望进行综述.
Abstract
Our country pays substantial attention to tuberculosis screening among college students.Imaging exami-nation is an important basis for the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis,but the differential diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculo-sis imaging has always been a focus and difficulty of research.Artificial intelligence(AI)assisted diagnosis technology has made great progress in auxiliary imaging diagnosis.AI-assisted imaging diagnosis technology can significantly improve diag-nostic efficiency and accuracy.This article reviews the current policies and status of pulmonary tuberculosis screening in col-leges,as well as AI-assisted diagnosis technology and its applications,shortcomings and prospects.
