Evaluation of ultrasound parameters for the effectiveness of ultrasound guided interventional therapy in patients with uterine scar pregnancy
Objective This study explored the value of ultrasound parameters in evaluating the effectiveness of ultrasound guided interventional therapy in patients with uterine scar pregnancy. Methods A total of 97 patients with uter-ine scar pregnancy admitted to Jiaozuo People's Hospital between January 2020 and January 2023 were selected, all of whom underwent ultrasound diagnostic evaluation and ultrasound guided intervention treatment. The patients were divided into two groups on the basis of treatment effects:an ineffective group and effective group.Ultrasound parameters were com-pared between groups, and the value of ultrasound parameters in evaluating the effectiveness of ultrasound guided interven-tion therapy in patients with uterine scar pregnancy was analyzed. Results In this study,97 patients had a treatment failure rate of 26.80%(26/97);treatment was significantly effective in 33 cases, and effective in 38 cases. The ROC curve indicated AUCs for evaluating the effectiveness of ultrasound guided intervention therapy in patients with uterine scar pregnancy of 0.732,0.727,0.753,0.791,and 0.761.Conclusions The incidence of ineffective ultrasound guided intervention therapy in patients with uterine scar pregnancy is relatively high.Ultrasound parameters can be used to predict and evaluate the effec-tiveness of ultrasound guided intervention therapy in patients with uterine scar pregnancy.
