超声参数评估子宫瘢痕妊娠患者超声引导介入治疗效果的研究

摘要
目的 探讨超声参数评估子宫瘢痕妊娠患者超声引导介入治疗效果的价值.方法 选择2020年1月-2023年1月焦作市人民医院收治的子宫瘢痕妊娠患者97例,均实施超声诊断评估和超声引导介入治疗,根据治疗效果分为无效组和有效组,比较2组的超声参数,分析超声参数评估子宫瘢痕妊娠患者超声引导介入治疗效果的价值.结果 子宫瘢痕妊娠患者治疗无效发生率为26.80％(26/97);绘制ROC曲线发现,超声参数中病灶大小、残余肌层厚度、子宫动脉RI、子宫内膜VI、子宫内膜VFI评估子宫瘢痕妊娠患者超声引导介入治疗效果的AUC分别为0.732、0.727、0.753、0.791、0.761.结论 子宫瘢痕妊娠患者超声引导介入治疗无效发生率较高,超声参数可用于预测评估子宫瘢痕妊娠患者超声引导介入治疗效果.
Abstract
Objective This study explored the value of ultrasound parameters in evaluating the effectiveness of ultrasound guided interventional therapy in patients with uterine scar pregnancy.Methods A total of 97 patients with uter-ine scar pregnancy admitted to Jiaozuo People's Hospital between January 2020 and January 2023 were selected,all of whom underwent ultrasound diagnostic evaluation and ultrasound guided intervention treatment.The patients were divided into two groups on the basis of treatment effects:an ineffective group and effective group.Ultrasound parameters were com-pared between groups,and the value of ultrasound parameters in evaluating the effectiveness of ultrasound guided interven-tion therapy in patients with uterine scar pregnancy was analyzed.Results In this study,97 patients had a treatment failure rate of 26.80％(26/97);treatment was significantly effective in 33 cases,and effective in 38 cases.The ROC curve indicated AUCs for evaluating the effectiveness of ultrasound guided intervention therapy in patients with uterine scar pregnancy of 0.732,0.727,0.753,0.791,and 0.761.Conclusions The incidence of ineffective ultrasound guided intervention therapy in patients with uterine scar pregnancy is relatively high.Ultrasound parameters can be used to predict and evaluate the effec-tiveness of ultrasound guided intervention therapy in patients with uterine scar pregnancy.
