高校校医院发展现状与对策
University hospital development status and countermeasures

摘要
一直以来中国高校校医院主要职责是为在校师生提供基本医疗卫生保障服务,然而在新冠疫情、社会发展等因素影响下,近年来校医院职能及工作重心有了新的变化,校医院发展过程中遇到的诸多问题与其担负的职责任务间的矛盾日益凸显.本文通过分析校医院存在的资源设备配置落后、人力资源短缺、职称晋升困难、健康教育落实不足等现状,探讨当前形势下校医院改革与发展面临的主要问题,并从理论及对策层面提出具体思路及可行性建议.
Abstract
The main responsibility of campus hospitals in China has long been to provide basic medical and health care services for teachers and students on campus.However,under the influence of COVID-19 and social development,the functions and focus of campus hospitals have changed in recent years,and the contradictions between the problems encoun-tered in the development process of campus hospitals and their responsibilities have become increasingly prominent.Through the analysis of the current situation of backward resource and equipment allocation,shortage of human resources,difficulties in professional title promotion,and inadequate implementation of health education,this article discusses the main problems currently faced by campus hospitals,and proposes specific ideas and feasible suggestions from the perspectives of theory and countermeasures.
