Examples and comments on Sukhomlynsky's health education philoso-phy
This article summarizes the discussion and practice of health education in the works of Sukhomlynsky.Seven fields of health education are summarized:sunlight,air and water,nutrition and hygiene,rest and work,mind and emo-tions,mental health,physical development and physical form,and adolescent education.Four characteristic evaluations of Sukhomlynsky's educational philosophy are summarized:guiding students to develop healthy behaviors and lifestyles,pay-ing attention to their growth and development and adolescent health,ensuring their mental health,and preventing diseases.Considering the requirements of the compulsory education curriculum and the P.E.and health curriculum standards in 2022,this article summarizes the guiding significance of his health education philosophy with respect to current P.E.and health teaching and textbooks compilation,curriculum and teaching is the essence,should be combined with life,avoid dot-ing,coordinate skills and knowledge,prevent excessive burden.
