Influence of a nursing intervention based on the focused solution model in patients with facial burns
Objective To explore the value of a nursing intervention based on the focused solution model for pa-tients with facial burns. Methods 94 patients with facial burns admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group(47 cases)received a routine nursing intervention, and the observa-tion group(47 cases)received a nursing intervention based on the focused solution model. Both groups received the interven-tion for 8 weeks. The negative emotions, social avoidance and distress,post-traumatic growth and quality of life of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After intervention, the observation group and the control group received scores on the Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Social Avoidance and Distress Scale(SADS),interpersonal relationship score in the C-PTGI scale, new possibility score, personal strength score, mental change score, appreciation of life score, total C-PTGI score, physiological function(PE)score, physiological function(RP)score, and physical function(BP)score in the SF-36 scale, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(t=11.728,5.172,5.710,5.700,12.169,7.617,12.248,6.513,8.233,11.269,6.757,7.896,8.494,12.247,7.081,6.290,8.233,all P<0.001).Conclusions A nursing intervention based on the focused solution model can alleviate the negative emotions of patients with facial burns, reduce their avoidance and distress related to social interactions, improve post-traumatic growth, and improve quality of life.It has high clinical application value.
