Disease spectrum analysis of pre-hospital emergency patients in Shanghai Fengxian University Town from 2020 to 2022
Objective To describe the disease spectrum of pre-hospital emergency patients in Shanghai Fengxian University Town from 2020 to 2022.Methods The clinical data of 453 patients from Fengxian University Town in Shanghai from January 2020 to December 2022 were analyzed retrospectively.The classification of diseases,first aid diagnosis and first aid time of these pre-hospital emergency patients were analyzed.Results From 2020 to 2022,pre-hospital emergency patients were mainly classified into those with injuries(24.2%),digestive system diseases(18.3%),cerebrovascular diseases(8.8%),mental and behavioral disorders(8.2%),and diseases caused by physical and chemical factors(7.1%).The first aid diagnoses were:acute gastroenteritis,cerebral insufficiency,acute myocardial ischemia,hysteria,foot trauma,acute alcohol-ism,ureteral calculi,and acute upper respiratory tract infection,among which acute gastroenteritis accounted for the highest proportion(15.7%).The proportions of pre-hospital emergency time(from onset to hospital)<1 h,1-4.5 h,4.6-6 h and>6 h were 12.20%,28.10%,37.26%,and 22.44%,respectively.Conclusion Medical educational institutions should pay atten-tion to pre-hospital first aid work,ensure rapid and efficient pre-hospital first aid on campus,strengthen the popularization of first-aid knowledge and improve the ability of self-rescue and mutual rescue in view of these common diseases.
