大学生心理健康素养问卷的编制与信效度检验

目的 编制大学生心理健康素养问卷并检验其效度和信度.方法 文献分析拟订大学生心理健康素养结构并编写初测问卷.选取大学生806人进行条目分析、探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析及内部一致性信度检验,重新选取83人在1周后重测.使用寻求专业性心理帮助的态度问卷简版、中文人生意义问卷检验效标效度.结果 大学生心理健康素养问卷包含20个条目,分为自助能力、专业求助态度、心理污名态度和助人信念4个因子,解释56.03%的方差变异,4个因子的负荷在0.47~0.83;验证性因子分析表明4个因子的结构模型拟合良好(x2/df=2.85,CFI=0.90,TLI=0.88,RMSEA=0.068,SRMR=0.063);效标效度检验显示,大学生心理健康素养总分与寻求专业性心理帮助的态度问卷简版总分呈正相关(P<0.01).总问卷及4个因子的内部一致性信度系数为0.775~0.864;重测信度为0.635~0.785.结论 编制的大学生心理健康素养问卷具有较好的效度和信度.
Development of a mental health literacy questionnaire for college stu-dents,and assessment of its validity and reliability
Objective This study was aimed at developing a mental health literacy questionnaire for college stu-dents,and testing its validity and reliability.Methods The structure of college students'mental health literacy was ana-lyzed,and a preliminary questionnaire was prepared.A total of 806 college students were selected for item analysis,explor-atory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,and internal consistency reliability testing,and 83 were re-selected 1 week later.The validity of the criterion was tested with the attitude questionnaire and the Meaning of Life questionnaire in Chi-nese.Results The college students'mental health literacy questionnaire contained 20 items,which were divided into four factors:self-help ability,professional help attitude,psychological stigma attitude,and helping belief.These factors explained 56.03%of the variance,and the load of the four factors ranged from 0.47 to 0.83.Confirmatory factor analysis indicated that the four-factor structure model fit well(x2/df=2.85,CFI=0.90,TLI=0.88,RMSEA=0.068,SRMR=0.063).The criterion validi-ty test indicated that the total mental health literacy score among college students positively correlated with the total score on the attitude questionnaire of seeking professional psychological help(P<0.01).The internal consistency reliability coeffi-cients of the total questionnaire and four factors ranged from 0.775 to 0.864.The retest reliability ranged from 0.635 to 0.785.Conclusion The college students'mental health literacy questionnaire had good validity and reliability.
