2019-2021年抚州市某高校新生高尿酸血症流行特征分析

目的 了解抚州市某高校新生高尿酸血症(HUA)流行特征及变化趋势,为高校大学生HUA的防控提供科学依据.方法 对抚州市某高校2019-2021年新生进行健康体检,测量身高、体质量、血压,并计算体重指数(BMI)和脉压差,检测血清尿酸和谷丙转氨酶(ALT),同时分析高校新生HUA流行特征及变化趋势.结果 2019-2021年共5 461名大学新生纳入分析,HUA检出率为18.57%,HUA检出率总体呈上升趋势(xMH2=68.043,P<0.001);男性HUA检出率为33.05%,女性为3.44%,差异有统计学意义(x2=790.848,P<0.001),ALT异常组HUA检出率为51.37%,ALT正常组为16.47%,差异有统计学意义(x2=249.093,P<0.001);脉压差"≥60 mmHg"者HUA检出率为33.11%,脉压差"<60mmHg"者检出率为17.71%,差异有统计学意义(x2=45.209,P<0.001);HUA检出率随BMI、收缩压(SBP)和舒张压(DBP)的增加而上升(xMH2分别为466.123、266.053和111.375,P均<0.001).结论 大学新生HUA形势日趋严峻,男性、肥胖、高血压、脉压差大和ALT异常的学生更容易出现HUA,应针对重点人群加强健康教育、倡导健康生活方式,减缓大学生HUA上升趋势.
Epidemic characteristics of hyperuricemia among first-year students at a college in Fuzhou City from 2019 to 2021
Objective This study analyzed the characteristics and change trends of hyperuricemia(HUA)among first-year students at a college in Fuzhou,to provide a scientific basis for HUA prevention and control among college stu-dents.Methods First-year students from a college in Fuzhou City from 2019 to 2021 underwent physical examinations,including height,weight,blood pressure,BMI,and pulse pressure differences were measured,serum uric acid and glutamic-pyruanine transaminase(ALT)were detected,and the HUA epidemic characteristics and change trends were analyzed.Re-sults A total of 5 461 first-year college students were included in the analysis from 2019 to 2021.The detection rate of HUA was 18.57%and showed a generally increasing trend(xMH2=68.043,P<0.001).The detection rate of HUA was 33.05%in males and 3.44%in females,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=790.848,P<0.001).The detection rate of HUA in the abnormal ALT group was 51.37%,whereas that in the normal ALT group was 16.47%,and the difference was sta-tistically significant(x2=249.093,P<0.001);The detection rate of HUA in patients with a pulse pressure difference ≥60 mmHg was 33.11%,and that in patients with a pulse pressure difference<60 mmHg was 17.71%;the difference was statisti-cally significant(x2=45.209,P<0.001).The detection rate of HUA increased with increasing BMI,SBP,and DBP(xMH2 of 466.123,266.053,and 111.375,all P<0.001).Conclusions HUA is becoming increasingly severe among first-year college students.Students with male sex,obesity,hypertension,high pulse pressure,and abnormal ALT have elevated likelihood of developing HUA.Health education should be strengthened for key groups,and healthy lifestyles should be advocated for to curb the increasing HUA trend among college students.
