滇西民族地区大学生性与生殖健康知信行现况及影响因素分析

目的 了解滇西民族地区大学生性与生殖健康知识、态度、行为现况及其影响因素,为开展生殖健康教育提供参考依据.方法 2023年5-7月采用方便抽样法对大理白族自治州内4所高校1 103名大学生进行自填式问卷调查,问卷内容包括基本人口学信息、知识、态度、行为4个方面的指标.采用描述性统计、t检验、方差分析、x2检验和多元线性回归方法进行数据的影响因素分析.结果 大学生性生殖健康知识平均得分为(11.73±5.63)分,及格率为43.1%;不同专业、不同户口类型、既往有无学校性教育、有无自主学习过性知识的大学生性知识得分存在差异,差异具有统计学意义(t/F值分别为-3.169、3.430、3.594、10.158,P均<0.05);不同性别、既往有无学校性教育、有无自主学习过性知识的大学生性态度存在差异,差异具有统计学意义(x2值分别为14.687、1 7.375、68.644,P均<0.001);有9.5%的大学生发生过性行为,不同性别、是否单亲家庭、有无自主学习过性知识的大学生性行为存在差异,差异具有统计学意义(x2值分别为47.790、14.421、29.060,P均<0.001).专业、户口所在地、有无自主学习过性知识是性知识的影响因素(t/F值分别为2.518、2.073、-9.28,P均<0.05);性别、既往有无学校性教育、有无自主学习过性知识是大学生性态度的影响因素(t值分别为3.969、2.434、7.459,P均<0.05);性别、是否单亲家庭、有无自主学习过性知识是大学生性行为的影响因素(t值分别为-13.063、-3.483、-9.992,P均<0.001).结论 滇西民族地区性与生殖健康知识水平普遍低下,对于性成熟期的大学生急需进行性与生殖健康知识全面科学的普及指导,对其开展性教育知识,树立正确的性观念,以形成良好的性健康行为.家庭、学校和相关部门应重点关注男生、非医学类学生、农村学生、单亲家庭学生的性生殖健康教育.
Knowledge,attitudes and behaviors,and influencing factors related to sexual and reproductive health among college students in western Yun-nan
Objective This study was aimed at investigating the status and influencing factors regarding sexual and reproductive health knowledge,attitudes and behaviors among college students in areas with large minority ethnic popula-tions in western Yunnan,to provide a reference for local re-productive health education.Methods From May to July 2023,a self-filled questionnaire survey was conducted among 1 103 college students from four universities in Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture through a convenience sam-pling method.The questionnaire included four indicators of basic demographic information,knowledge,attitudes and behaviors.Descriptive statistics,t-test,ANOVA,x2 test and multiple linear regression were used to analyze the influencing factors.Results The average score of sexual and reproductive health knowledge among the college students was 11.73±5.63,and the pass rate was 43.1%.The sex knowledge scores of college students with different majors,with different house-hold registration types,with or without school sex education,and with or without independent learning of sex knowledge showed statistically significant differences(t/F=-3.169,3.430,3.594,10.158,all P<0.05).Statistically significant differences were observed in sexual attitudes among college students of different genders,with or without school sex education,and with or without independent learning of sex knowledge(x2=14.687,17.375,68.644,all P<0.00l);Moreover,9.5%of the college students had sexual behavior.Significant differences in sexual behavior were observed among students with different gen-ders,with single parent families and with independent sexual knowledge(x2=47.790,14.421,29.060,all P<0.001).College major,residence registration,and independent learning of sex knowledge were the factors influencing sex knowledge(t/F=2.518,2.073,-9.28,all P<0.05).Gender,having received sex education in school and independent learning of sex knowl-edge were the factors influencing college students'sexual attitudes(t=3.969,2.434,7.459,all P<0.05).Gender,single parent family and independent learning of sex knowledge were the factors influencing of college sexual behavior(t=-13.063,-3.483,-9.992,all P<0.001).Conclusions Reproductive health knowledge among college students in regions with large minority ethnic populations in western Yunnan was generally low.Comprehensive scientific guidance regarding sexual and reproduc-tive health knowledge for sexually mature college students,and sex education to establish correct sexual concepts,are urgently needed to promote healthy sexual behavior.Families,schools and relevant departments should focus on sexual and reproduc-tive health education for boys,non-medical students,rural students and students from single-parent families.
