摘要
近些年,随着对中心性肥胖的深入研究,人们发现内脏脂肪堆积、胰岛素抵抗、多种脂肪因子分泌等危险因素与高尿酸血症的形成有关,也有研究认为高尿酸血症是中心性肥胖的重要危险因素.本文从流行病学、影响因素、作用机制等方面对高尿酸血症与中心性肥胖之间关系的研究进展进行综述,为预防和控制高尿酸血症与中心性肥胖的发生发展提供理论依据.
Abstract
In recent years,in-depth research on central obesity has indicated that various risk factors such as viscer-al fat accumulation,insulin resistance,and secretion of multiple adipokines are associated with the formation of hyperurice-mia.Some studies have also suggested that hyperuricemia is an important risk factor for central obesity.This article reviews research progress in the relationship between hyperuricemia and central obesity from the perspectives of epidemiology,influ-encing factors,and mechanisms of action,thus providing a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of the occurrence and development of hyperuricemia and central obesity.
