内镜下肌切开术治疗食管癌放化疗后异物嵌顿1例报道

摘要
食管异物是一种常见消化科急症,而放化疗后的食管因其病理生理的改变,如果发生异物嵌顿,内镜下常规方法取出困难.本文报道1例采用内镜下肌切开术将食管癌放化疗后嵌顿异物顺利取出的病例,通过病例回顾总结其诊疗经验,以期拓宽临床医生的诊疗思维,并为特殊食管异物的治疗提供相关经验.
Abstract
Esophageal foreign bodies are a common emergency in gastroenterology.Because of the pathophysiologi-cal changes in the esophagus occurring after chemoradiation,removal of these bodies under endoscopy is difficult.We report a case in which endoscopic myotomy was used to successfully remove a foreign body incarceration after chemoradiotherapy for esophageal cancer.We further summarize the diagnosis and treatment through a case review,to broaden the diagnosis and treatment considerations among clinicians,and provide relevant experience for the treatment of special esophageal foreign bodies.
