目的 了解边疆某高校新生艾滋病相关知识知晓及健康教育需求情况,为高校开展艾滋病健康教育提供对策和依据.方法 采用整群抽样法对该校3 106名新生进行现场问卷调查,数据整理筛选后应用SPSS 25.0统计软件进行卡方检验和二元logistic回归分析.结果 艾滋病相关知识知晓情况方面,新生总体知晓率为80.33％,其中男性(OR=1.226,95％CI:1.019～1.475,P=0.031)、有同性性交经历(OR=0.374,95％CI:0.171～0.816,P=0.013)、接受过艾滋病相关教育(OR=1.777,95％CI:1.300～2.431,P＜0.001)对总体知晓情况有影响;艾滋病健康教育相关需求方面,总需求率为 62.94％,其中城镇学生(OR=1.268,95％CI:1.049～1.533,P=0.014)、进行过 HIV 检测(OR=2.848,95％CI:2.187～3.709,P＜0.001)、接受过艾滋病相关教育(OR=9.484,95％CI:6.586～13.657,P＜0.001)对健康教育需求情况有影响.结论 边疆地区高校新生艾滋病相关知识知晓情况仍需提高,艾滋病防治意识相对薄弱,可通过有针对性地优化艾滋病健康教育渠道与方式改善.
Current status of AIDS knowledge,health education demand,and influ-encing factors among 3 106 first-year students at a border area college
Objective This study was aimed at understanding the status of knowledge regarding AIDS and the de-mand for health education among first-year students at a college in the border area,to provide countermeasures and a basis for AIDS health education development at colleges and universities.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 3 106 first-year university students through cluster sampling.The data were sorted,screened,and subsequently ana-lyzed with chi-square test and binary logistic regression in SPSS 25.0 statistical software.Results The overall AIDS-related knowledge rate among first-year students was 80.33％.Being male(OR=1.226,95％CI:1.019-1.475,P=0.031),having had same-sex sexual intercourse experience(OR=0.374,95％CI:0.171-0.816,P=0.013),and having received education regard-ing AIDS(OR=1.777,95％CI:1.300-2.431,P＜0.001)affected overall knowledge.The total demand rate for AIDS health edu-cation was 62.94％.Being students in urban areas(OR=1.268,95％CI:1.049-1.533,P=0.014),having been tested for HIV(OR=2.848,95％CI:2.187-3.709,P＜0.001),and having re-ceived HIV-related education(OR=9.484,95％CI:6.586-13.657,P＜0.001)affected health education demand.Con-clusion AIDS-related knowledge among first-year stu-dents at colleges and universities in border areas requires improvement.Awareness of AIDS prevention and treatment was relatively weak,and could be improved by targeted optimiza-tion of the channels and methods of AIDS health education.
