摘要
医院将《江苏省手术分级目录(2017版)》和ICD-9-CM-3编码(国家医保1.0版)加以对照,构建了契合该院实际情况的手术分级目录库.该目录库成为唯一的标准库,被运用于"手术授权管理系统""手术申请审批系统"、电子病历、"病案首页填写与质控系统""财务绩效考核系统"以及数据上传平台等.该手术分级目录库不仅有利于临床的实际应用,还能够满足医务科、医保办、绩效办、财务科等职能部门在手术授权、数据统计、月度考核以及绩效奖励等方面的多样化需求.
Abstract
The Jiangsu Province Surgery Classification Catalog(2017 Edition)was compared with the ICD-9-CM-3(National Health Insurance Version 1.0)to establish a surgery classification catalog database for our hospital.This surgical grading catalog is a unique standard library that has been applied in many systems,such as operation authorization manage-ment systems,operation application approval systems,electronic medical records,medical record first page filling and quality control systems,financial performance appraisal systems,and data upload platforms.This catalogue is not only useful for clin-ical practice but also can meet the different needs of medical departments,medical insurance offices,performance offices,and finance departments in operation authorization,data statistics,monthly assessment,and performance rewards.
