摘要
甲状旁腺切除术能够有效治疗继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症(secondary hyperparathyro idism,SHPT),但由于甲状旁腺解剖生理学特点,存在手术中无法完全切除所有甲状旁腺腺体导致近期或远期复发的风险.术中甲状旁腺激素(intraoperative parathyroid hormone,ioPTH)测定的应用已被证实在提高手术有效性和安全性、降低手术后复发率和并发症等方面具有重要价值,但目前仍未统一监测标准.本文旨在阐述ioPTH在SHPT患者甲状旁腺切除术中应用的研究进展及现状,为临床手术治疗SHPT提供更多的理论依据与研究方向.
Abstract
Parathyroidectomy can effectively treat the secondary hyperparathyroidism(SHPT).Howev-er,complete resection of the parathyroid glands during operation is often impossible due to the anatomical and physiological characteristics of parathyroid glands.Thereby the risk of short-term or long-term recurrence in-creases.Intraoperative parathyroid hormone(ioPTH)determination has been proven to be of great value in im-proving effectiveness and safety of the surgery and in reducing the recurrence and complications after the sur-gery.However,there is no consensus on determination standard.This paper aims to review the research pro-gresses and current status of ioPTH during parathyroidectomy surgery for SHPT and to provide more theoreti-cal bases and research targets for SHPT surgery.
