摘要

[目的]目的 分析自体动静脉内瘘(arteriovenous fistula,AVF)研究现状,挖掘研究热点及学科前沿.方法 以CiteSpace文献分析软件对Web of Science核心数据库中近20年发表的相关文献进行分析、归纳、总结.结果 共纳入相关文献1460篇,AVF主题发文量呈缓慢上升趋势;研究热点包括AVF围手术期管理、AVF失功病理生理机制、AVF狭窄的处理、AVF穿刺以及AVF并发症.研究前沿以AVF狭窄的血管内成形术相关的多中心合作为主.结论 维持性血液透析患者AVF领域的研究整体处于蓬勃发展阶段,血管通路方向的研究者们可拓宽研究思路,多维度积极探索,为AVF围手术期管理、日常维护等学科发展及临床实践提供高质量证据支持.

Abstract

Objective To analyze the current research status and to find out the research hotspots and frontier of autogenous arteriovenous fistula(AVF).Methods CiteSpace literature analysis software was used to analyze,summarize,and organize relevant research literature published in the Web of Science core data-base in the past 20 years.Results A total of 1,460 relevant research articles were included in the final analy-sis,and the overall publication volume on this topic has shown a slow upward trend.The research hotspots in-clude perioperative management of AVF,pathological and physiological mechanisms of AVF failure,treat-ment of AVF stenosis,AVF puncture or cannulation,and complications of AVF.The research frontier is main-ly focused on multicenter and collaborative research relating to endovascular treatment of AVF stenosis.Con-clusion The research on AVF in maintenance hemodialysis patients is still in an early development stage.Re-searchers in the field of vascular access should broaden their research ideas and actively explore new dimen-sions to provide high-quality evidence-based support for the development and clinical practice of periopera-tive management and daily maintenance of AVF.
