摘要

目的 探讨基于成果导向教育理念(outcome-based education,OBE)的多学科协作教学模式在床边实时超声(point-of-care ultrasound,POCUS)辅助内瘘管理培训中的应用效果.方法 招募培训对象,采用基于OBE的多学科协作教学模式设置POCUS技术在血液透析患者内瘘管理中应用的培训框架和内容,对来自57家血液透析中心的70例护士实施培训并评价效果.结果 实施培训后,护士对使用POCUS进行内瘘管理的信心得分为39.00(38.00,41.00)分,高于培训前的21.00(20.00,25.00)分(Z=7.278,P<0.001).考核结果显示考核通过率为90.00%,考核总成绩为82.50(69.73,89.78)分,其中55.71%良好,34.29%中等,10.00%较差.结论 基于OBE和多学科协作模式开展教学活动,有助于血液透析护士在较短的时间内系统地学习POCUS技术,值得推广.

Abstract

Objective To explore the training effect of a multidisciplinary collaborative teaching model based on outcome-based education(OBE)concept in point-of-care ultrasound(POCUS)assisted arteriove-nous fistula(AVF)management.Methods Observation of the training effect consisted of recruiting training targets,adopting a multidisciplinary collaborative teaching model based on OBE to set up a training frame-work and content for the application of POCUS technology in the management of AVF in hemodialysis pa-tients,implementing training for 70 nurses from 57 hemodialysis centers,and evaluating the effectiveness.Results After implementing training,the confidence score of nurses in using POCUS for AVF management was 39.00(38.00,41.00)points,significantly higher than 21.00(20.00,25.00)points before training(Z=7.278,P<0.001).The assessment results show that the pass rate of the assessment was 90.00%,with a total score of 82.50(69.73,89.78)points,of which 55.71%were"good",34.29%were"moderate",and 10.00%were"poor".Conclusion Conducting teaching activities based on OBE and multidisciplinary collaboration mode helps hemodialysis nurses to systematically learn POCUS technology in a short period of time,which is worth promoting.
