维持性血液透析患者冠状动脉支架植入手术后再狭窄的因素分析

摘要
心血管系统疾病仍是维持性血液透析患者最常见的并发症.近年来,有相当比例的透析患者接受了经皮冠状动脉介入治疗.冠状动脉支架植入手术后,越来越多的维持性血液透析患者被诊断冠状动脉支架内再狭窄.本文就该类特殊群体独有的危险因素以及冠状动脉支架内再狭窄的影响因素及治疗策略进行综述.
Abstract
Cardiovascular disease remains the most common complication in maintenance hemodi-alysis(MHD)patients.In recent years,a significant proportion of dialysis patients have received percuta-neous coronary intervention(PCI).An increasing number of MHD patients are being diagnosed with in-stent restenosis after coronary stent implantation.This article reviews the unique risk factors of this special group and the influencing factors and treatment strategies of coronary in-stent restenosis.
