Objective:To optimize the process of extracting ellagic acid from raspberry leaves.Methods:Ethanol concentration,extraction time and liquid ratio were selected as independent variables of response surface methodology to study the effects of various factors and their interactions on extraction of ellagic acid from raspberry leaves.The extraction regression equation for ellagic acid was obtained by simulation and the optimum extraction conditions of ellagic acid were determined.Results:The optimal extraction parameters were as follows:ethanol concentration 24.6%,extraction temperature 90 ℃,extraction time 68.3 min,liquid ratio 1 ∶ 13.6,and hydrochloric acid concentration 3.24%.Conclusion:The extraction technology is reliable,reasonable and highly predictive.
