摘要
注射剂是风险程度最高的给药途径之一,也是临床治疗中最重要的剂型之一.自20 世纪90年代以来,粉液双室袋包装在注射剂中的应用日益广泛.使用时在密闭环境下混合,与传统的包装相比,即配型粉-液双室袋具有更多的优势,有利于加强药品的质量管理、保障患者的用药安全,代表着输液包装发展方向,有可能成为未来药品输液包装的主流.本文讨论了传统输液方式存在的问题,介绍了粉液双室袋产品的发展历程、现状、临床应用价值以及粉液双室袋的产业化关键技术.
Abstract
Injection is one of the riskiest routes of administration and one of the most important dosage forms in clinical treatment.Since 1990s,powder-liquid dual-chamber bag packaging has been widely used in injections.It needs to be mixed under airtightness before use.Compared with traditional packaging,the ready-to-mix powder-liquid double-chamber bag has more advantages,which can benefit to the drug quality and the patients'medication safety.It represents the developing direction of infusion packaging and may become the mainstream of drug infusion packaging in the future.This paper discusses the problems existing in traditional infusion methods,introduces the development history,current situation,clinical application value of powder-liquid dual-chamber bag products,and the key technologies of industrialization of powder-liquid dual-chamber bags.
