Literature analysis of adverse drug reactions induced by nintedanib
Objective:To analyze regularities and characteristics of the adverse drug reactions(ADRs)associated with nintedanib and to provide reference for rational clinical drug use.Methods:ADR case reports of nintedanib were searched in databases including CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data,Web of Science and Pubmed,from creation of the databases to October 2022 and analyzed statistically.Results:A total of 19 ADR cases were included,involving 21 patients.Most of ADRs were in elderly over 60 years old(n =17,80.95%)and primarily occurred within 30 days after medication(n =8,38.10%).Organs/systems involved in ADRs mainly focused in gastrointestinal disorders(n =6,28.57%).Three patients recovered after drug withdrawal,9 patients and 4 patients recovered after drug discontinuation combined with symptomatic treatment or surgical treatment,respectively,and 4 patients and 1 patient recovered after symptomatic treatment or surgical treatment without drug cessation,respectively.Conclusion:ADRs induced by nintedanib should be aroused high vigilance and closely monitored so as to minimize the risk of ADRs while maximizing clinical benefit.
