影响3D打印药物释放因素考察研究进展

摘要
3D打印技术凭借其极高的适用性和众多优势对制药行业产生了重大影响.已有研究表明3D打印药物释放速率受多种因素影响,但缺少对其总结性的概括.本文通过收集国内外关于3D打印药物中影响药物释放速率因素的文献,探究填充密度、打印方式、几何形状、聚合物种类、片剂表面积等因素对药物释放速率的影响并探讨其释药机制.研究表明填充密度、孔隙率和片剂几何参数等因素会产生相互影响,直接或间接影响3D打印药物释放速率.运用不同3D打印技术、打印参数、印刷配方和聚合物种类可以对药物释放起到控速作用.本文对影响3D打印药物释放速率的因素进行综述,为优化药物释放速率提供一定参考.
Abstract
3D printing technology significantly impacts the pharmaceutical industry with its extreme applicability and numerous advantages.It has been shown that the release rate of 3D printed drug is influenced by a variety of factors,but a summary overview is lacking.We collected domestic and international literature on the factors affecting the drug release rate in 3 D printed drugs to investigate the effects of filling densities,printing methods,geometric structures,polymer types,tablet surface area and explored the mechanism of drug release.Studies have shown that factors such as fill densities,porosity,and tablet geometryparameters influence each other,and they directly or indirectly influence the release rate of 3D printed drugs.What's more,different 3D printing techniques,print parameters,printing formulas and polymer types can control the rate of drug release.In this paper,we review the factors affecting the release rate of 3D printed drugs to provide some reference for the optimal regulation of drug release rate.
